二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)
Ⅱ Cultivation Objectives
本專(zhuān)業(yè)以立德樹(shù)人為根本任務(wù),堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的教育理念,面向全國(guó)小學(xué)教育需求,培養(yǎng)具有人文精神、科學(xué)素養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ男滦托W(xué)教師。本專(zhuān)業(yè)的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)可以具體細(xì)化如下內(nèi)容:
(1)有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎實(shí)學(xué)識(shí)、有仁愛(ài)之心,專(zhuān)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)、綜合素質(zhì)全面、個(gè)性特長(zhǎng)明顯;
(2)能綜合利用中華民族優(yōu)秀文化資源開(kāi)發(fā)具有特色的校本小學(xué)課程;
(3)掌握小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)、語(yǔ)文、英語(yǔ)中的某一學(xué)科教育教學(xué)知識(shí)與技能,能承擔(dān)班主任工作;
(4)能承擔(dān)小學(xué)科學(xué)教育、小學(xué)道德與法制教育、小學(xué)綜合實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、小學(xué)生心理輔導(dǎo)、小學(xué)藝術(shù)教育等學(xué)科的教育教學(xué)工作。
It takes moral education as the fundamental task, and aims to persist in scientific educational philosophy and meet the needs of primary education. It is committed to train the students to be the new primary teachers with humanistic spirit, scientific literacy, innovative ability and developmental potential in the following aspects:
(1) Having good ideological and moral quality, high education theory quality and strong practical ability to teach;
(2) Being able to comprehensively utilize the excellent cultural resources of the Chinese nation to develop distinctive school-based primary school curriculum;
(3) Being proficient in teaching one of the following curriculums:math’s, Chinese and English as well as manage the class as head teachers;
(4) Being able to teach science, moral and law, comprehensive practice and psychological counseling, arts education in primary schools.
三、畢業(yè)要求
Ⅲ Basic Requirements for Graduation
實(shí)驗(yàn)班定位于培養(yǎng)新時(shí)代卓越小學(xué)教師,畢業(yè)生具有人文精神、科學(xué)素養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)新能力和發(fā)展?jié)摿?,具備從事小學(xué)學(xué)科教育教學(xué)、研究和班級(jí)管理的素質(zhì)和能力。
為此,既要對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)行全面發(fā)展的綜合培養(yǎng),又要實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生學(xué)有專(zhuān)長(zhǎng)的定向發(fā)展。通過(guò)四年的理論熏陶和能力訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生具備從事小學(xué)教育教學(xué)、研究和管理的素質(zhì)和能力。
The experimental class aims to cultivate new era excellent primary school teachers; graduates should have the quality of humanistic spirit, scientific literacy, innovative ability and developmental potential and the ability to teach research and manage diverse class. Hence, students in this major should be cultivated in all aspects as well as their special expertise.
畢業(yè)生應(yīng)獲得以下幾方面的知識(shí)和能力:
The graduates should have knowledge and abilities of the following several aspects:
(1)師德規(guī)范:堅(jiān)持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo),擁護(hù)社會(huì)主義道路,踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān),增進(jìn)對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的思想認(rèn)同、政治認(rèn)同、理論認(rèn)同和情感認(rèn)同。貫徹黨的教育方針政策,立德樹(shù)人,學(xué)高身正,正己達(dá)人。遵守小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)政策法規(guī),具有依法執(zhí)教意識(shí),立志成為有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎實(shí)學(xué)識(shí)、有仁愛(ài)之心的好老師。
(1) Teachers' ethics: adhere to the party's leadership, support the socialist road, practice the socialist core values, and enhance the ideological, political, theoretical and emotional identity of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Carry out the party's educational principles and policies, cultivate morality and cultivate people, learn to be upright, and be upright. obey the professional ethics of primary school teachers, study relevant policies and regulations, have the awareness of teaching according to law, and are determined to become a good teacher with ideals and beliefs, moral sentiment, solid knowledge and benevolence.
(2)教育情懷:具有從事小學(xué)教育的專(zhuān)業(yè)意愿,認(rèn)同小學(xué)教師工作的價(jià)值和專(zhuān)業(yè)性,具有積極的職業(yè)情感、端正的職業(yè)態(tài)度、正確的價(jià)值觀(guān)。具有人文底蘊(yùn)和科學(xué)精神,尊重學(xué)生人格,富有愛(ài)心、責(zé)任心、事業(yè)心,工作細(xì)心、耐心,做小學(xué)生錘煉品格、學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)、創(chuàng)新思維、奉獻(xiàn)祖國(guó)的引路人。
(2) Educational sentiment: have the professional will to engage in primary education, identify with the value and professionalism of primary school teachers' work, have positive professional emotion, correct professional attitude and correct values. With humanistic and scientific spirit, respecting students' personality, full of love, responsibility and dedication, working carefully and patiently, to be a guide for primary school students to temper their character, learn knowledge, innovate thinking and dedicate to the motherland.
(3)學(xué)科素養(yǎng):系統(tǒng)扎實(shí)地掌握小學(xué)教育學(xué)科的基本知識(shí)、基本原理和基本技能,理解小學(xué)教育學(xué)科知識(shí)體系基本思想和方法。掌握主教學(xué)科的基本知識(shí)、基本原理和技能,并具備一定的其他學(xué)科基本知識(shí),對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí)有一定的了解。了解學(xué)科整合在小學(xué)教育中的價(jià)值,了解所教學(xué)科與其他學(xué)科的聯(lián)系,以及與社會(huì)實(shí)踐、小學(xué)生生活實(shí)踐的聯(lián)系。
(3) Discipline literacy: grasp the basic knowledge, basic principles and basic skills of primary education discipline systematically and solidly, and understand the basic ideas and methods of primary education discipline knowledge system. Master the basic knowledge, basic principles and skills of bishop discipline, have certain basic knowledge of other disciplines, and have a certain understanding of learning science related knowledge. Understand the value of subject integration in primary education and the connection between the subject and other subjects, as well as the connection with social practice and primary school students' life practice.
(4)教學(xué)能力:在教育實(shí)踐中,能夠依據(jù)所教學(xué)科課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn),針對(duì)小學(xué)生身心發(fā)展和認(rèn)知特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用學(xué)科教學(xué)知識(shí)和信息技術(shù),進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施和評(píng)價(jià),獲得教學(xué)體驗(yàn),具備教學(xué)基本技能,具有初步的教學(xué)能力和一定的教學(xué)研究能力。
(4) Teaching ability: according to the curriculum standard of the teaching subject, the physical and mental development and cognitive characteristics of primary school students, we can use subject teaching knowledge and information technology to carry out teaching design, implementation and evaluation, obtain teaching experience in educational practice, have basic teaching skills, preliminary teaching ability and certain teaching research ability.
(5)班級(jí)管理:樹(shù)立育人為本,德育為先理念,能夠做到以學(xué)生中心來(lái)幫助班級(jí)學(xué)生發(fā)展。了解小學(xué)德育的原理和方法,知道如何利用相關(guān)德育原理提供有效方法來(lái)激勵(lì)學(xué)生發(fā)展。掌握班級(jí)組織與建設(shè)的工作規(guī)律與基本方法,知道如何組建良好的班集體以促進(jìn)班級(jí)學(xué)生的發(fā)展。掌握科學(xué)工作方法,能夠在班主任工作實(shí)踐中獲得積極體驗(yàn)。
(5) Class management: set up the concept of education oriented, moral education first, to be able to help the development of class students with the student center. Understand the principles and methods of primary school moral education, know how to use the relevant principles of moral education to provide effective methods to stimulate students' development. Master the working rules and basic methods of class organization and construction, know how to form a good class to promote the development of students in class. Master the scientific working methods, can get a positive experience in the work practice of the head teacher.
(6)綜合育人:了解小學(xué)生身心發(fā)展和養(yǎng)成教育規(guī)律,能夠運(yùn)用恰當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ù龠M(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和進(jìn)步。理解學(xué)科育人的價(jià)值,在教學(xué)中,能有機(jī)結(jié)合學(xué)科知識(shí)和技能進(jìn)行育人活動(dòng)。了解社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)和學(xué)校文化的育人內(nèi)涵,能夠根據(jù)學(xué)生的年齡和發(fā)展階段,組織相應(yīng)的主題教育活動(dòng)。了解教育活動(dòng)的育人內(nèi)涵,能夠策劃和組織相應(yīng)的少先隊(duì)活動(dòng)和社團(tuán)活動(dòng),促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面、健康發(fā)展。
(6) Comprehensive education: understand the physical and mental development of primary school students and cultivate the law of education, can use appropriate methods to promote students' learning and progress. Understand the value of subject education, in teaching, can organically combine subject knowledge and skills to carry out education activities. Understand the education connotation of socialist core values and school culture, and be able to organize corresponding theme education activities according to the age and development stage of students. (7)學(xué)會(huì)反思:樹(shù)立終身學(xué)習(xí)的觀(guān)念,善于了解并始終保持關(guān)注國(guó)內(nèi)外小學(xué)教育的改革發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),能夠適應(yīng)時(shí)代和教育發(fā)展需求,進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃。初步掌握反思方法和技能,具有一定創(chuàng)新意識(shí)。善于觀(guān)察小學(xué)教學(xué)工作中的現(xiàn)象和問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用批判性思維方法開(kāi)展自我反思,進(jìn)而分析并解決問(wèn)題。
(7) Learn to reflect: establish the concept of lifelong learning, be good at understanding and pay attention to the reform and development of primary education at home and abroad, be able to adapt to the needs of the times and education development, and carry out learning and career planning.
