“外研社·國(guó)才杯”全國(guó)大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)辯論賽是國(guó)內(nèi)創(chuàng)辦最早、規(guī)模最大、水平最高、影響最廣的全國(guó)性英語(yǔ)辯論賽事。為進(jìn)一步豐富學(xué)生的課余生活，提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力，選拔出綜合素質(zhì)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生代表學(xué)校參加比賽，特在全校范圍內(nèi)組織第24屆“外研社·國(guó)才杯”英語(yǔ)辯論賽校園選拔賽。
一、參賽對(duì)象
英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)類(lèi)：外語(yǔ)學(xué)院英語(yǔ)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科生；
非英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)類(lèi)：通過(guò)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)的本科生；校英語(yǔ)演講比賽的獲獎(jiǎng)選手。
二、組隊(duì)方式
每隊(duì)隊(duì)員為2人（分別為一辯和二辯）。
三、報(bào)名方式
各參賽隊(duì)于3月14日（周一）12：00前報(bào)名。
報(bào)名同學(xué)請(qǐng)加入qq競(jìng)賽群：497380663 （2022外研社杯英語(yǔ)辯論大賽），并填寫(xiě)群公告中的報(bào)名信息登記表。
四、選拔時(shí)間與地點(diǎn)
時(shí)間：2022年3月18晚（周四）
地點(diǎn)：待定
注：若報(bào)名隊(duì)伍較多，則會(huì)增加初賽。初賽的考察形式可能與正式比賽有所區(qū)別，主要考察辯手的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力。
五、比賽流程
本次辯論賽將參照“外研社”全國(guó)英語(yǔ)辯論賽的要求，采用英國(guó)議會(huì)制。比賽由四組隊(duì)伍（共八名辯手）參加，分別為Opening Proposition，Opening Opposition，Closing Proposition，Closing Opposition.具體辯論賽流程為：

六、 評(píng)選方式
選拔賽評(píng)委為外語(yǔ)學(xué)院教師，評(píng)選結(jié)果由評(píng)委打分產(chǎn)生。表現(xiàn)最佳的兩位辯手將代表我校參加華南地區(qū)的辯論賽。
評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

七、辯題
辯題于比賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提前30分鐘抽取。

八、決賽獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法
校園選拔賽將產(chǎn)生：冠軍隊(duì)1支、亞軍隊(duì)1支、季軍隊(duì)2支、優(yōu)勝獎(jiǎng)3支、最佳辯手2名。表現(xiàn)最佳的兩位辯手將代表我校參加華南地區(qū)的辯論賽。
