二、 研究方向
(一)主要研究方向
長(zhǎng)期從事重大疾病中淀粉樣蛋白的致病機(jī)理與藥物研究。綜合運(yùn)用分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)及生物醫(yī)藥等多學(xué)科手段,重點(diǎn)聚焦阿爾茨海默病中β-淀粉樣蛋白和Tau蛋白、帕金森病中α-突觸核蛋白和糖尿病中胰島淀粉樣蛋白等的致病機(jī)理和藥物設(shè)計(jì)。
